Return is valid for 1 day from the date of delivery

Returns after 1 day from the delivery date will not be accepted for any type of refund or exchange.

The return should be dropped off at the pickup point.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and received in a damaged condition and remain in original packaging.

• REFUND

The customer has the right to choose the type of refund via a given bank account or via coupon code.

In case of cancelling an order after it's prepared, the customer is obliged to bear the cost of the order.

All the refund amounts to a bank account will be sent in 7-14 working days.

All the refund amounts as coupon codes will be sent in 1-4 working days.
